Over 90% of the products listed on our site are drop-shipped from a variety of distributors located throughout the United States, and/or Canada. Most "ground" orders received on or before 2pm MST are shipped within 3 business days, while most priority, overnight and express orders received before 10am MST are shipped the same day, or if on a weekend or Holiday, the following business day. Please note that, because most of our products are drop-shipped, all credit card payments are processed at the time of order. Un-opended / un-used Returns
(This policy does not apply to services, special orders, custom orders, or bulk orders.) We will accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt if the product(s) is returned in original packaging, has not been used or connected, shows no signs of use and is in new re-sellable appearance and condition. Simply contact us to let us know you will be returning your product(s) and please be sure to include information regarding your original order including: date of purchase, order number, name, address, etc. so that we may process your request accordingly. We will process your request when the item is received.
Used / Open / Un-damaged Returns
We will only accept returns for refund, credit or exchange upon approval and only on some of our products depending on the product, reason for the return, and circumstances surrounding the return. A restocking fee may apply depending upon the circumstances of the return and the product(s) being returned. We cannot accept returns on used, installed, or commissioned components or systems since we can no longer sell the items as new, however we may offer you a buy-back at a reduced price depending on the circumstances of the return and the product(s) being returned. Satisfaction Guarantee on MTSAT Satellite Dish Covers
All of our MTSAT Heavy Duty Satellite Dish Antenna Covers have a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you have purchased and installed an MTSAT Satellite Dish Cover and you are not satisfied with the performance, you may return the cover within 90 days for refund or exchange. Simply contact us to let us know you will be returning your product(s) and be sure to put a note or receipt in with the product(s) and a message as to why you are returning it and if you would like a refund or exchange. We will process your request when the item is received.
Damaged / Defective Returns
Our products are covered under a variety of manufacturer exchange warranties ranging from 30 days to 2 years. Please look at each products warranty information online or included with each product, or contact us 888-608-2299 or e-mail us at [email protected] for approval and information on returning damaged or defective equipment for exchange. Shipping charges, service fees, travel charges, installation fees and labor fees are not covered under any manufacturers warranty.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
