You will need to select and get pointed to one of the available HNS satellites for your service plan, and pass signal and cross-pole tests on the new satellite prior to us making the change!
Once you pass the signal and cross-pole tests, simply submit our Satellite Change Request Form and payment here: http://www.montanasatellite.com/hughesnet/hughesnet_satellite_change_request_form.htm !Once the changes have been made, we will notify you, and you will simply run through modem registration at http://192.168.0.1/fs/registration/setup.html via the "Registration-Installer" link to recommission your modem to the new satellite!
Satellite Changes are available from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday or by appointment! Most satellite change requests are processed within 2 hours of receipt of your form and payment, during normal business hours!
