We bought our first Birdog in 2006, and I wish we would have bought one in 2003! We went from spending 20 minutes finding a satellite and peaking a dish, to about 3 minutes. No more "wrong satellites" for us! I bet our Birdog paid for itself in about 6 months if you count the time we saved on-site! And just ask one of the traveling RV'ers with the "portable" HughesNet and DISH or DirecTV systems how well they like the Birdog! Now they can spend their time doing something entertaining rather than fighting a satellite dish for hours!

We use it for our HughesNet, HughesNet Commercial, iDirect, Linkstar, DISH Network, DirecTV, SkyAngel and other installations and service calls! We've even used it on some WildBlue installs to get close! It's simply amazing, and the support behind it is incredible. You can find over 50 satellite configurations for C-Band, Ka and Ku band at http://www.birdog.tv ! This new USB version has many features over the original serial port version. The best one we like is that it now remembers what satellite you pointed to last when you turn it on, so you don't have to go through them all to get to the one you want. It also holds many more satellite configurations than the old one! We love it, and you will too!

This newest model now works with WildBlue and the new DirecTV Slimline dish technology and on most Ka and Ku systems!
