Allows for simple elevation adjustment for aligning a DirecWay / HughesNet satellite Internet dish antenna.

This, DW-TOOL, DW-ELTOOL, EL-TOOL, or whatever you want to call it was originally distributed to DirecWay and now HughesNet installers to assist them in fine-tuning the elevation adjustment on DirecWay and HughesNet Satellite Internet Systems. This feature was actually built-in to the old original white DirecWay dishes, but was modified and removed in the newer models... thus the need for this new "removable" elevation adjustment tool!
