This service will change your HughesNet Satellite Internet service from one satellite to another one of the HughesNet satellites.
If you need to change the satellite that you currently receive DirecWay or HughesNet service on due to line-of-site issues, etc., this service is for you. If you can not, or no longer are able, to receive a signal from the default satellite that you were assigned during account setup, this "
Satellite Change Request" may be required so that you can get service from another HughesNet satellite. We charge $50.00 for this service, and once you have submitted this purchase, you can request the satellite change on our sister site

NOTE: You must be pointed to, peaked on, and have attempted commissioning on the satellite that you are requesting to be changed to prior to submitting our online form. HughesNet must be able to see that you have sucessfully crosspoled on the "new" satellite prior to switching your services to that satellite. Also... we cannot guarantee specific satellite availability at the time of your request, however we will not charge you for an additional request to switch to another satellite, should your first request be denied by HughesNet.
This service was designed for new and existing HughesNet customers with DirecWay or HughesNet equipment and service who need to request service from a different satellite due to line-of-site issues, etc. If your system is / was / or will be installed and commissioned to one satellite, and you are not able or no longer can receive an adequate signal on that satellite, this service is for you. This service will get your account and service switched over to another one of the HughesNet satellites quickly and easily.
