This is the DISH Network SW21 Switch which is commonly used to merge 2 satellites or satellite LNB's into one cable run to the satellite receiver.
This switch was common among the first DISH 500 systems or when using two DISH 300 dishes with one receiver.

This is a "re-manufactured" part, which means that it has been "used" at one point, but returned to dish and repaired or replaced and checked for function accordingly.
We offer a 30-day warranty on all of our "re-manufactured" DISH Network parts.   The "new" part number for this product is DN131, however that item has been "out of stock" for some time now.
